We want you to be completely satisfied with your hotmenswears.com purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange it for a different size or color, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Policy Overview

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. All returns are subject to validation and must comply with our policy requirements.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

The returns process is managed through our online portal. To start a return or exchange, please log into your account on our website and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the provided instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Returns cannot be processed without a valid return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as initiating a return through your account and select the exchange option. If you requested an exchange for an item that is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned item instead.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This typically includes items that have been heavily discounted, clearance merchandise, and certain accessories. Please review product details carefully before purchasing final sale items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund for the faulty product. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns based on customer preference, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund total. For returns due to our error or for damaged/defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

International Returns

Return instructions for international orders may differ. Please refer to the specific shipping and returns information provided for your region during the checkout process for detailed guidance. Additional duties and taxes may be non-refundable.
