Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The estimated delivery times begin from the day your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
- Standard Shipping: This is our most economical ground service. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster shipping option for your convenience. Orders with this method are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
- Express Shipping: For the quickest possible delivery, select this premium option. Orders are typically delivered in 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major national holidays.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1 to 2 business days for us to process and prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states and U.S. territories. We are unable to ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
Order Tracking
To track your order, simply use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can enter this number on the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Shipping Confirmation & Issues
If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your junk or spam email folder. If you are unable to locate the confirmation, please contact us for assistance. For any issues with tracking information that appears not to update, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they will have the most current package status.
